Because in England, the weather tends to be freezing all of the time and since their legs are on show, it stops them from being cold. I guess that makes sense. But I’ve also noticed the Queen covering her legs with little blankets inside of cars. Has it become a tradition or something?

Why do they cover themselves with blankets?
